It’s a physically enormous book to encompass these tools, but it includes the 9-point comfort print font. Double-column text with a center column for cross-references.
It would definitely weigh down your Sunday morning tote bag because of the weight. To me, this reminds me more of a study Bible that I keep at my desk to reference rather than a portable one. The insights are rich and bring a new depth to your Bible study time. The Bible is a black/gray leather-soft exterior (feels a little like canvas but softer) and includes 7 full-color maps. This is not a red-letter Bible. This would be the perfect Bible for someone wanting to dig deeper.

The NET Bible is an incredible resource that includes so many tools! It has over 59,000 translator notes to help the reader better understand the word choices. It also offers alternate readings and reasonings behind the translation decisions.
This Bible, while quite large and heavy, does lie flat for desk studying. The size and weight would make it a little more cumbersome to take along with you. The font is 9 point with a single-column layout to leave plenty of room for your own notes in the margins.
The study notes throughout give historical and cultural background information to the text. This Bible will definitely help you in your studies. There are 7 full-color maps included, as well as a transliteration of the Hebrew and Greek languages in the back.
While merely flipping through this gem, I found several notes within that brought clarity and understanding to some passages I had been studying. I definitely will be consulting this Bible for future writing projects. This would be great for those desiring a deeper understanding.

There are also no maps included in this Bible. This would be great for someone who needs fewer distractions while enjoying the Bible.
